The freight exchange "TM Fret" presented to the industrial players of Tanger Med Zones

A day of information and presentation of the digital platform "TM Fret» was animated on July 3rd 2018 by Mr. Hassan ABKARI, Director of the Tanger Med Passengers port, for the benefit of the industrial players of Tanger Med Zones. 

This presentation aims to break down the various aspects of the use of the freight exchange and the numerous advantages for its users. The freight exchange, managed by Tanger Med in coordination with CGEM, is a secure transaction platform that connects a shipper to a carrier on a common area. This is a tool that enables minimizing transportation costs and avoid empty returns. TM Fret does not require any subscription fees, no commission during transactions, and the platform is available 24/7.

Mr. Hassan ABKARI also took the opportunity to present the new "Export Access", which offers a handling capacity of more than 2,100 units per day as well as IT solutions developed by Tanger Med, for the benefit of industry players and the port community such as the traceability of trucks between different areas.
